Head of B2B Sales at Growing Telecom Business in Myanmar
- Responsible to manage overall commercial function of the b2b division
- Up to 6,000,000 MMK per Month
The Role
An ideal candidate for this role would bring over five years of progressive experience in B2B sales, including at least two years in a leadership capacity within the telecom, ISP, or tech sectors. They should have a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, manage agent networks, and build strategic client relationships, with fluency in English and a hands-on approach to strategic planning.

Description
- Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy aligned with company goals and market dynamics
- Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to penetrate key verticals in the telecom and ISP sectors
- Conduct market analysis to inform strategic decisions and competitive positioning
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement or surpassing revenue goals
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to optimize team effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing B2B sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Provide coaching and professional development to team members, including agent networks where applicable
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with professionalism and strategic insight
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to senior leadership
- Expand and manage agent networks to support regional sales growth
- Ensure agents are aligned with brand standards and equipped with the necessary tools and training
- Communicate sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role
- Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in the telecom, ISP, or tech sectors
- Experience working with or leading agent networks is a plus
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin would be highly advantages
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship management
- Able to work independently and handle strategic planning
