Description
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, procurement teams, and healthcare administrators
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs and customer feedback
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Monitor performance metrics and report on business development activities
- Provide input into product development and marketing strategies based on market insights
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales within the medical device or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, procurement processes, and regulatory environments
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
