Description

• Support department leaders in achieving operational targets and KPIs

• Evaluate and approve staff performance reviews to foster internal career growth

• Help senior executives create policies and organizational strategies

• Compile and deliver regular performance and operational reports to top management

• Collaborate across departments and maintain strong external partnerships to ensure organizational compliance and growth

• Report to the COO

Requirements

• Bachelor's in medicine, management, marketing, or supply chain; MBA or related diploma preferred

• Minimum 10 years in marketing and customer service, with at least 5 years in healthcare leadership

• Skilled in strategic thinking, innovation, leadership, and analytical problem-solving

• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and crisis management skills

• Proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset
