Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the heavy machinery showroom, ensuring a professional and customer-friendly environment
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute showroom sales strategies in line with company objectives]
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/logistics for stock availability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or showroom leadership role, preferably in the heavy machinery, automotive, construction equipment, or industrial equipment sector
- Strong understanding of heavy machinery products and specifications
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
