• Oversee and implement robust financial controls and finance systems across the group to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Up to 1,800,000 MMK plus attractive bonus

The Role

This role requires to lead the preparation, consolidation, and review of annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial reports for all group entities

Description

• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management
• Monitor and manage cash flow across multiple entities, optimizing fund allocation and liquidity to meet operational needs
• Manage group treasury operations, including intercompany loans, funding strategies, and foreign exchange transactions
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for operational banking needs, funding, and compliance requirements
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, developing strategies to minimize exposure and ensure business continuity
• Implement, monitor, and ensure adherence to internal tax controls and documentation standards; manage tax planning and compliance for all branches
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial statements and supporting documents
• Develop, update, and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA certification is a strong asset
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Proven experience in financial management, business development, and project management within a group or multi-entity environment
• Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience in managing audits, tax compliance, and banking relationships is highly desirable
