Oversee and manage all administrative operations to ensure smooth daily business functions, including office management, facility operations, and support for retail and service branches

The Role
This role requires to supervise and lead the administrative team, including scheduling, task assignment, performance monitoring, and staff development

Description

Implement and maintain administrative systems and processes for efficiency and compliance with company policies

Manage company assets such as procurement, inventory, maintenance, and security of office and retail facilities

Ensure compliance with government regulations, workplace safety standards, and internal policies relevant to the tech retail and service industry

Coordinate corporate events, travel arrangements, and employee welfare programs
-
Oversee legal documentation, permits, and government relations for business operations

Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenses, seeking cost-effective solutions

Support cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows and customer service delivery
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Minimum 5 years in general administration, office management, or facility management, preferably in retail, service, or technology sectors

Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
-
Good knowledge of Myanmar government regulations, workplace safety, and compliance requirements
-
Proficient in both English and Burmese communication (written and verbal)
