Description

Analyse financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions

Manage the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, oversee the closing processes
-
Build strong partnerships with senior management, supporting business planning through financial modelling and analysis
-
Provides timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders, conducts deep-dive analyses to assess company performance
-
Supervise accounting staff to foster a collaborative work environment
-
Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling
-
Advise and work with business partners for process improvement

Deep-dive analysis from time to time to understand the company’s performance and improve
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, CPA or ACCA certification is preferred
-
Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in accounting and finance, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and reporting
-
Strong proficiency in accounting software, along with advanced Excel skills
-
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights
-
Proficient in English and Burmese, with strong verbal and written communication skill
