The Role
This role is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources and Administration functions of a growing logistics company. You will oversee recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, training, and office management

Description
- Oversee full HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws
- Handle administrative operations, including office maintenance, asset management, and vendor coordination
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement in compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is complete and secure
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and retention
- Act as the main point of contact for labor law compliance, SSB matters, and DOL inspections
- Manage HR budgeting and cost control in coordination with finance
- Support leadership in creating a positive work environment and corporate culture
- Lead HR audits and support internal/external audit processes related to personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or HR certifications preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws, SSB regulations, and employment standards
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or trading industries is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Burmese and English
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small HR/Admin team
