This role is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and policies.

Description
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Monitor and manage attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
