Description
- Support daily office operations, ensuring administrative processes run efficiently
- Assist in managing office budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts
- Monitor office maintenance, utilities, and facility management activities
- Ensure all administrative policies and procedures comply with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers; negotiate contracts for cost efficiency
- Oversee inventory, asset tracking, and office supplies management
- Support in managing outsourced services (security, travel, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in general administration, office management, or facility management
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Myanmar government regulations, workplace safety, and compliance requirements
- Proficient in both English and Burmese communication (written and verbal)
