Description

• Assess and evaluate student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and projects
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning
• Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities
• Support extracurricular activities such as drama, debate, or reading clubs as needed
• Uphold school policies and contribute to the school community and culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; a teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is highly desirable
• Experience teaching English in an international school setting preferred
• Familiarity with international curricula such as IB, Cambridge IGCSE, or American standards
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative teaching
