- Responsible for managing daily sales operations, leading the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, handling inventory, coordinating promotions, and maintaining shop standards.
- Up to 1,000,000 MMK and other allowances

Description
- Supervise daily sales operations at the jewelry shop and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of jewelry items according to brand standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with management.
- Assist in implementing promotions, events, and marketing activities to increase sales.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in related industry and at least 1 years of experience in management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
