Description
- Plan, manage, and execute the installation of street furniture across multiple locations
- Supervise daily operations related to posting, cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs
- Coordinate closely with city authorities for permits, surveys, and approvals related to installations and advertising activities
- Manage inventory of installation equipment, tools, and materials; ensure timely procurement of supplies
- Ensure all field activities are conducted according to internal safety standards and operational procedures
- Lead and develop a team of field workers, providing training and performance oversight
- Support the team by participating in cleaning and posting activities during staff shortages
- Regularly inspect assets and team work quality, ensuring compliance with company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong leadership experience in operations, industrial maintenance, or the building sector
- Certified for electrical work on powered-off devices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to high service standards
- Driving license and good English communication skills are required
