Description
- Manage procurement strategy across services, and indirect spend
- Align global procurement strategies with local business needs, ensuring consistency in sourcing and contract execution
- Lead negotiations and build long-term supplier partnerships to optimize cost, quality, and service
- Act as the main point of contact for supplier performance, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
- Drive competitive bidding processes, develop sourcing plans, and deliver measurable savings
- Collaborate closely with global and regional category leads to ensure seamless rollout of procurement strategies
- Provide insights on supplier innovation and sustainability opportunities to enhance competitive advantage
- Build strong business partner relationships across departments and ensure transparency and alignment on procurement goals
- Conduct ongoing market intelligence, risk assessments, and supplier benchmarking to support proactive decision-making
- Take ownership of reporting procurement KPIs and driving strategy implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 3–5 years of procurement or category management experience, ideally in an FMCG or multinational setting
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into procurement actions
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable with MS Office and SAP or similar ERP systems
- High adaptability, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to driving procurement excellence
