The Role
- Assist the Spare Parts Manager in meeting monthly and annual sales objectives for parts distribution
- Coordinate stock supply with internal teams to meet dealer and regional demand
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, sub-dealers, and service centers to ensure excellent support
- Identify gaps in market coverage and help onboard new dealers in underserved regions
- Handle feedback and complaints from customers and dealers regarding parts availability or quality
- Work closely with the service and quality assurance teams to drive quick resolutions and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to maintain healthy stock levels across locations
- Forecast demand based on market trends, vehicle usage, and consumption data to avoid stock-outs or excess
- Generate and analyze regular reports on sales performance, pricing, and competitor activity
- Propose strategies to improve pricing, turnover, and market share
- Ensure all dealer and customer orders are processed and delivered on time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spare parts sales, distribution, or inventory management
- Good understanding of automotive parts and dealer network operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry
