• Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects within the retail environment
• Up to 2,500,000 MMK plus Other Benefits

The Role

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business needs
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery
• Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors and service providers
• Act as the main liaison between vendors and internal teams
• Optimize resource utilization across multiple projects
• Implement project management methodologies, best practices, and documentation standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus)
• Proven experience in vendor and budget management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment
